In this session, Dermot and Jackie will explain how they became Top Producers. In future months we’ll have other Top Producers describe how they’ve worked their way to the top.       Jackie White is a real estate investor and former marketing consultant for Fortune 500 companies. She got her real estate license in April of 2014 with the intent to focus on her own investing. When she saw the earning potential having her license would provide, she became serious very quickly about building her business. She closed $1.3 million in sales in the first 90 days of having her license and is on track to close a total of $2.3 million in the first 120 days. She enjoys working with both investors and traditional buyers and sellers. Her clients value her extreme data analysis of properties and consistent communication throughout the transaction process.

      Dermot was licensed in July 2013 and closed 13 deals in his first year, totaling $3.6 million in sales. His goal is to make the buying or selling process as pleasant and easy for his clients as possible, while still leaving the closing table as financially strong as possible. He strives to be accessible and open with his clients and believes that's one of his strongest characteristics. Dermot doesn't "specialize" in anything and is open to any new opportunities.
