Charles moved to Denver in August 2006 and originally started with Wells Fargo before heading out on his own as an independent mortgage broker in May 2007. Closing 14 deals in his first year he has continued to grow his business closing almost 100 deals in 2014. In addition he is co-owner and operator of Capital Works Mortgage, owner of 20+ rental properties, and is an active real estate developer with over 50 units in the pipeline.
