Home Inspection 101: An In-Depth Overview - Stephen McSpadden

Description: The class is an overview of the residential home inspection process from a long time structural engineer home inspector. Special attention is paid to specific areas of interest for Colorado and Front-Range homeowners, homebuyers and investors. Mr McSpadden, a registered P.E. Structural Engineer, spends additional time discussing structural and foundation problems and related causes. Specific attention is devoted to structural concerns because this is obviously a building's most critical system and should be discussed only by a qualified professsional.
